FAU College of Education and related website change request procedures

To submit a ticket please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://helpdesk.fau.edu/ (link will open a new browser tab or window.)
  2. Click on Submit a Ticket
  3. Login using your FAU NetID and password
  4. On the Ticket Description, select faculty/staff
  5. Enter a phone number where you can be reached
  6. Ticket Type: Website/CMS
  7. Sub-Type: College of Education Websites
  8. College of Education Sites: (Select the site that you need updated. Select OTHER if it is not listed)
  9. Enter a description of the change you need
  10. Please be as descriptive as possible in the summary / additional details section. In particular, please make sure to provide
    1. The exact website page address to be updated
    2. Specific instructions on what needs to be changed. If the instructions are too long to fit in the box area, please write them on a MS Word document and attach the document to the ticket.
  11. Attach any additional documents that are related to the request.

When the ticket is submitted you will receive an email acknowledgement that the ticket is in the system. you will also be notified via email once we are able to complete your request.
